KFC runs out of chicken

My father was right there is no such thing as free lunch anymore.

My local KFC ran out of chicken ! ... how does Kentucky Fried Chicken run out of chicken ?, I had ran up an appetite after working on my websites all morning and trying to get thru to the free chocolate friday website for my free mars chocolate bar. you can read more about it here free chocolate

I was hungry for a winner winner chicken dinner LOL .
I had to go get the wife from her work for lunch anyways ,so I figured we could use the KFC coupons we had for a free 2pc meal of the new grilled chicken ...ahhh there is nothing like a free lunch ... or is there?

We get in line at the drive thru wait are turn get up to order and POW ! there is a sign saying we can not honor your free meal coupon at this time grrrrrrrrr.

The nice lady at the drive thru tells us we have to fill out a rain check and mail it into KFC and they will send us a new coupon for the 2 pc and a free pepsi... apparently they did not plan for the demand and have run low on chicken and now need to ration out these coupons for a later date..

O K fair enuff I guess it is free anyways but, I was really looking forward to my free 2 pc meal and like most of us this day and age we want it now if not yeaterday already....
