Well the final of American Idol much like the entire season ...fell kinda flat for me. First of all it seemed there was an issue with the sound in the theater or with the equipment as it sounded terrible to me. I also feel the Lee was set up to fail with the single chosen for him was not that strong and then they choreagraphed it for him to dance around and sing , which is in no way his strong suite.
He is a singer songwriter type that needs to sit up on stage with his guitar and wow us with his contempory sounding voice and just play and sing I realy feel they did him an injustice.
Now on to crystal..... her first two songs were awful sounding. I think mostly due to the sound issues. Then her final orignal single for release was much better ...even tho I was not thrilled with it, it was much better than Lee.
The winner of the worst season ever is Crystal Bowersox....
One last note good bye also to simon and pleases take ellen with you and I hope the rumors are true and howard stern will make this show much better next year
